I remember you saying you’d post the recipe quite a while back in one of your videos or twitter or something. Then I happen to stumble upon it tonight. Looks like the enchiladas are white cream based (cream of chicken soup). That’s interesting… I bet my wife would really like that. We usually do a red based sauce, sometimes green… bet never thought about a white base. Gonna have to try it sometime! :^)

Indoor Smores recipe
(Microwave Method)

Microwave 5 Cups marshmallows(minatures), 1 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Morsels, 5 Tbsp butter or margarine, cut into pieces, 1/4 Cup light corn syrup(optional) in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute, until smooth. Stir in 1 tsp.vanilla extract. Pour marshmallow mixture over 8 Cups(13oz box) graham cracker cereal: stir until well coated. Stir in 1 Cup marshmallow minatures. Press into 13X9-inch greased pan, refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into bars.
